UVA School of Data Science graduates are highly skilled at the science of data – from data engineering and integration, to data modeling and visualization, to data analysis and reporting. At the School of Data Science, our MSDS alumni were shown the value of responsible data science in practice through a rigorous Master’s program with a focus on cultivating collaboration, integrity, knowledge, and curiosity.
Our 2020 MSDS cohort pursued diverse opportunities upon graduation, gaining full-time employment in roles like Deep Learning Research Scientist, Data Science Engineer, and Data Analytics Consultant, to pursuing further education, including Ph.D. study and fellowships.
