The Reasoning and Knowledge Discovery (RISE) Lab focuses on developing effective and trustworthy artificial intelligence solutions that advance data-centric knowledge discovery and causal reasoning. Our research spans generative AI, trustworthy machine learning, large foundation models, multimodal learning, visual understanding, and causal inference, with interdisciplinary applications in science, health, and education.
